Your Minute of Hope should be a video, and you guessed it, one minute in length.
Your video should be filmed landscape on your phone or camera: make sure you’ve introduced yourself and share a bit of joy, hope and inspiration!
Get creative! You can edit you video (on your computer or phone apps like iMovie) to include photos, artwork, music and other video clips but by submitting you video you are confirming that this is all content that you have made/own yourself. This is totally optional and you can just record and upload here right away!
Make sure you’ve filmed in an appropriate location, considering this will be available online for people to view. For example, if you are recording from home please be aware of your own security (making sure any personal information is not visible).
We want to hear what you have to say!! So Make sure your recording has good clear audio!

If you are submitting a group video then this form must be completed by every person in the film.

If you are under 13 your video must be submitted by an adult who has the necessary authority to grant the necessary consent.
